The AI4all.network Disclaimer, Spam Policy, and Privacy Policy are hereby incorporated by reference. Together with these Terms and Conditions, they form the agreement between AI4all.network and the Member.

1.01 AI4all.network: SERVICE

AI4all.network provides members with access to digital AI tools via AI4ALL.TOOLS. These tools are designed to assist in creating text, images, graphics, illustrations, marketing materials, videos, social media content, emails, digital art, and other creative or business-related outputs.

The scope of services may evolve over time. AI4all.network reserves the right to update, modify, replace, or improve tools and functionalities while maintaining the general nature of the service.

1.02 AI4all.network: PRODUCT ACCESS AND REFERRAL OPTION

AI4all.network is primarily a digital product and service platform providing access to AI4ALL.TOOLS. Members gain access to AI-powered tools that support content creation, marketing, design, automation, and digital business activities.

Members may optionally recommend AI4all.network to others. This referral option does not constitute employment, investment, or a guaranteed income opportunity. Membership is purchased for product access, not for guaranteed earnings.

Members are not required to refer others. Any bonuses or earnings are not guaranteed and depend on actual product sales, participation in the referral program, individual effort, and other external factors.

AI4all.network does not pay commissions for mere registrations. Bonuses are only generated in connection with paying product customers and only after all qualification requirements are fully met.

No income or earnings are guaranteed. Examples shown on websites or marketing materials are illustrative only and do not represent guaranteed results.

1.03 AI4all.network: BONUS AND PAYOUTS

AI4all.network may offer a referral bonus to qualified members. Bonuses are earned strictly according to the rules defined in the member back office and only when all conditions are met.

The current cycle bonus is €250 EUR. This bonus is credited when a total of six paying product customers are recorded within the member’s assigned bonus structure. These customers may result from personal referrals, system-based placement, or activity within the network.

There is no guarantee that a bonus structure will be filled. There is no entitlement to spillover, spillunder, or any system-based placements.

Bonuses are only paid for qualified, verified, and completed product purchases. Free accounts, incomplete payments, cancellations, or chargebacks do not qualify for commissions.

Payouts must be requested by the member. The minimum payout amount is €250 EUR.

AI4all.network reserves the right to delay or withhold payouts in cases of suspected abuse, fraud, multiple accounts, spam, chargebacks, or violations of these Terms.

1.04 AI4all.network: PAYMENT PROCESSORS

AI4all.network may use PAYPAL, PAYEER, COINPAYMENTS, cryptocurrencies, or other payment providers.

AI4all.network may change or add payment methods at its discretion. Members will be informed of significant changes via email or the back office.

Members are responsible for setting up and maintaining their payment accounts.

Transaction fees for receiving payouts are the responsibility of the member unless otherwise stated.

Disclaimer: AI4all.network and payment processors are independent entities. Funds held by payment processors are the responsibility of the member and the provider.

1.05 AI4all.network: MEMBERSHIP OPTIONS

FREE: Free access to AI-related updates and community information. No commission eligibility.

TOOLS: Access to AI4ALL.TOOLS for €9.99/month. No participation in referral bonuses.

REFERRAL MEMBERSHIP: Includes access to AI4ALL.TOOLS (2 months included) and the ability to participate in the referral program. One-time fee: €100 EUR.

After the initial 2 months, continued access is optional starting at €9.99/month.

No hidden fees apply. External payment fees may occur.

1.06 AI4all.network: REFUNDS AND DIGITAL SERVICES

AI4all.network provides digital services that are available immediately after activation.

Where applicable, legal withdrawal rights apply. However, these rights may expire once the digital service has been accessed or activated, in accordance with applicable law.

Refunds are generally excluded once access has been granted and used.

Members should not purchase if they are unsure or financially unable.

Chargebacks or disputes may result in account suspension and forfeiture of bonuses.

1.07 AI4all.network: TERMINATION

AI4all.network may suspend or terminate accounts in cases of violations, abuse, spam, or fraud.

Members may cancel their membership at any time via written notice.

Upon termination, access to services and bonuses may be revoked.

1.08 AI4all.network: COMPANY POLICIES

Sponsor Position: Once assigned, sponsor positions are generally final. Exceptions may be reviewed in rare technical error cases.

Support: Contact support via email. Response time typically 24–48 hours.

Copyright: All materials are protected. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

Independent Status: Members act as independent entities. No employment relationship exists.

Taxes: Members are responsible for all applicable taxes.

Spam Policy: Strictly prohibited. Violations may lead to termination.

Changes: AI4all.network may update these Terms at any time. Updates will be published on the website.

DO NOT JOIN IF:

1) You expect guaranteed income.
2) You cannot afford the membership.
3) You are not interested in using the product.
4) You are unwilling to follow these Terms.
